ABA Cyberspace Law Committee Program on Spam

At the Annual Meeting of the ABA, the Working Group on Malware in the Cyberspace Law Committee presented a program entitled Technological Controls on Spam and Their Legal Implications. The portion of the program by Hank Judy included an overview of the practical implications for lawyers of Spam, along with good suggestions for addressing the impact of Spam on your clients. We relied upon these ideas in creating our presentation.
